Weirdly shaped veg appreciation day

Ok, we’re really not planning a whole day’s event around this. This is yet another placeholder for a future wonderful event — we hope. As soon as we stop having major projects pop up daily :)

However I can tell you that weirdly shaped veg appreciation day is EVERY day at Blue Sky Organic Farms.

We know most of you are aware that “ugly” produce doesn’t make it to the big box grocery stores. We like to think of those twisted carrots are fun and beautiful and are fully aware that they taste just as good as their “ideal” looking counterparts (as long the counterparts are from our own farm of course).
